Responsibilities:
- Create choreography that demonstrates a focus on high energy performance, appeal to audience, and quality capture for the camera.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with corporate, government and consumer clients.
- Provide prompt availability and communication with BookAFlashMob.com team and clients via phone and e-mail.
- Cast talent/dancers for flash mobs.
- Project manage each flash mob with detail.
- Contribute your insights and provide feedback from clients as well as your own experience to enhance our service.
Requirements:
- Tenacious work attitude, ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Track record of hitting strong project management and meeting deadlines.
- Passion for the arts and production.
- Outstanding written and proactive verbal communication.
- Client Relationship Management skills to deal with different types of clients.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and work well with the BookAFlashMob.com team.
- 4-5 years minimum related dance and choreography experience.
